20 years of policy work
I have 20 years of policy work under my belt through my professional work experiences, with my volunteer work within the League of Women Voters, and 15 years of executive leadership in Educational nonprofits.
15 years as the Director of Education
I spent 15 years as the Director of Education for the Durham Museum and spent nearly 10 years at the MENTOR Nebraska, and in both positions working closely with school district curriculum, supporting classroom studies, strategic goals, and serving our most vulnerable youth. I also have served on the board of directors of a private school for children and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism (Madonna School & Community Based Services).
